Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
Ensure QC personnel are trained per regulatory and customer requirements.
Review and enhance product / process specifications and provide training.
Coordinate with auditors and manage corrective actions for non-conformities.
Establish and review product / process specifications.
Set requirements for new materials and monitor supplier compliance.
Manage Quality Control records.
Oversee storage and disposal of retention and standard samples.
Job Qualifications :
Licensed Chemical Engineer or Chemist
Minimum 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Salary Range : PHP 50,000 - 60,000
Location : On-site at CBY Head Office
Work Schedule : Temporary compressed week (Mon-Fri, 7 : 30 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m.)
Original Schedule : Mon-Sat, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
