Job Specifications
Education :
Bachelor's / College Degree in a relevant field
Experience :
At least 2-3 years in multi-area / retail management or the financial industry
Background in Financing, Credit Investigation, Collection, Sales, and Marketing
Skills & Abilities :
Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in computer applications
Proven ability to drive and motivate team performance through effective coaching
Additional Requirements :
Male, aged 24 to 40
Professional driver's license
Willing to perform fieldwork
