Fashion Buyer / Brand Analyst
Salary : PHP 18,000
Location : San Juan City, Manila
Job Description :
Responsible for sourcing and selecting the latest designs in clothing and footwear to keep the product line current with industry trends.
This role requires staying updated with fashion trends, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and quality deliveries, and managing client relationships.
The Fashion Buyer will also handle the management of purchase orders, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
Stay updated with current fashion trends and market demands.
Source and select updated designs for clothing and shoes.
Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timelines.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
Manage and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Work closely with the inventory and merchandising teams to align stock levels with demand.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Fashion Buyer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in purchase order management and inventory systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in both domestic and international fashion markets.
Strong network of supplier contacts within the fashion industry.
