Key Responsibilities :
Achieve company-wide sales objectives across all regions.
Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve revenue goals.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, including performance reviews and rewards.
Oversee supply and demand, set competitive pricing, and strategize with distributors.
Plan and implement marketing strategies to ensure brand consistency and explore new markets.
