SCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT :
- On site San Juan Manila
- Original schedule : Monday to Saturday from 6 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Overall control and coordination of Facilities and Maintenance activities and ensure proper compliance
with safety regulations.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Supervise daily operations of the Facilities and Maintenance Department, including
scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repair activities for all building systems.
Plan and oversee construction projects, including civil works such as building repairs,
expansions and renovations.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the facilities and maintenance team.
Supervise technicians and contractors to ensure they adhere to safety protocols and
complete work to the required standards.
Monitor and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions for repair
and maintenance needs.
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in building systems
and make recommendations for upgrades or modifications.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes related to building systems,
safety and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities and provide regular
reports to management.
Supervise all plant maintenance activities including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing,
fire protection, generation and packaging equipment.
Responsible for all plant improvements such as building construction, equipment,
installation, piping works, electrical works, and mechanical projects.
Propose modifications and / or implement new building equipment to meet specific plant
requirements, optimize building performance, and reduce cost of plant operations.
Analyze equipment downtime and refine preventive maintenance procedure and system.
Estimate, coordinate, and complete work orders related to preventive maintenance.
Exercise administration control to all maintenance personnel and strict implementation of
company rules.
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the
FMD Manager.
