Work assignment and scheduling of Q.C.
Inspector or Aid based on production schedule.
Prepare and monitor QC documents.
Responsible for the daily inspection of production machine and verify compliance with production start-up checklist.
Conduct random inspection in line production to ensure products meets its specifications.
Checking and inspection of Lot Code per line to ensure correctness.
As needed, act as QC inspector / aid in the production.
Rejection of non-conforming materials.
Check all Q.C.
report after operation.
Assist Q.C.
Manager during spot-checking or evaluation of finished goods at the warehouse.
Assist in the evaluation and generation of report of packaging materials samples.
Maintain packaging materials and finished goods inspection record.
Supervise retention sample disposal.
Assist in the documentation of procedures and review of documents related to inspection of
packaging materials, finished goods and other quality control documents.
Assist in the establishment of specifications and standards in the department.
Monitor and document employee compliance with PPE uniform inside the production area.
Under the supervisor of QC Manager, conduct investigation on non-conformance in Production
Area.
Conduct inspection on newly built tank.
Train Q.C.
Inspector or Aide.
