- Advanced troubleshooting and repairs - working with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Taking ownership of critical projects - working on multi-location equipment upgrades, system overhauls, and engineering-driven initiatives.
- Collaborating with Engineering and Leadership - acting as a key problem solver for high-level maintenance challenges.
- Traveling for specialized assignments - supporting Dempsey facilities across multiple locations as needed.
- Mentoring and Training Technicians - helping develop the next generation of maintenance professionals.
