As a facilities maintenance and engineering professional, you will contribute to this success by ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art industrial laundry facility.
About the Role:
• Maintain and optimize production equipment, including boilers, conveyors, washers, air compressors, and more.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize repairs and maintain a high level of equipment availability.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in maintenance technology.
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, with experience in facilities like glass, steel, or textile production.
• Advanced knowledge of PLC systems, VFDs, motors, and electrical controls.
• Skilled in reading blueprints and schematics for electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Expertise in working with large industrial systems like boilers and compressors.
• Proven leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
