If you're a hands-on technician with 3-5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, this is your opportunity to work with advanced equipment in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. At Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain essential systems that keep our state-of-the-art laundry facility running efficiently.

• Maintain & Optimize Equipment – Work with boilers, conveyors, washers, dryers, air compressors, motors, and more
• Troubleshoot & Repair – Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Preventative Maintenance – Develop and execute plans to minimize downtime
• Work with a Team – Collaborate with other skilled technicians to solve complex problems
• Support Facility Operations – Assist with facility upkeep and projects to keep everything running smoothly
  

• 3-5 years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance with experience in facilities like glass, steel, or textile production
• Advanced knowledge of PLC systems, VFDs, motors, and electrical controls
• Skilled in reading blueprints and schematics for electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Expertise in working with large industrial systems like boilers and compressors
• Proven leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to teamwork
