DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for ensuring that the company's sales objectives across all regions in the country are met.
- Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
- Responsible for leading the sales team.
Suggest manpower requirements, conduct performance review and propose reward activities for the sales team.
