We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve production processing problems, documenting the process and steps taken to resolve.
- Assist with machine setup and part placement, identifying potential areas of concern and responding accordingly.
- Aid in sampling new products, including mold review, inspection, installation, and configuration.
- Collaborate with QA, managers, and supervisors to ensure proper part conformance and quality requirements.
- Train employees on proven procedures and techniques for optimal part production and efficiency.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods and equipment performance.
Requirements:
- Familiar and proficient in GMP's.
- Proficient in operator job duties and responsibilities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create positive relationships with employees and management.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capacity to accurately complete basic production and employee-related paperwork.
