Requirements / Qualifications
A one-year program starting in July featuring focused clinical practice with guidance from a highly qualified mentor teacher. Includes professional development tailored for new teacher success and dual credential options. Participants receive ongoing support from a dedicated residency liaison and benefit from a small district cohort, allowing for personalized assistance.
Denair Unified has partnered with the Teachers College of San Joaquin (TCSJ). Please refer to the attached flyer for more details on the application process.

Eligibility Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution
Basic Skills Requirement
US Constitution Requirement
Certificate of Clearance
Evidence of progress toward subject matter competency
Letter of Good Standing (only required if you are currently enrolled or have been enrolled in a teacher credential program at another institution)

FINANCIAL SUPPORT :
Residents will be given a $30,000 cost-of-living stipend
