We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales process from lead nurture to close. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build strong relationships.

  • Commission: 33% of gross revenue from the book of business. Commissions commence when production surpasses the equivalent of base salary.

Duties

As an Employee Benefits Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering exceptional service:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their unique needs.
  • Conduct needs analyses and customized employee benefits solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals to decision-makers, effectively closing sales.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide ongoing service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Tough and Driven: We are looking for someone who is determined and driven to build a successful book of business and proactively seeks new and creative ways to expand their network and client base.
  • Experience: 2 years in account management or production within the employee benefits industry.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of health, dental, vision, and ancillary insurance products.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven Track Record: A history of outside sales or client retention success.
  • Licensing: A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture.
