Duties
As an Employee Benefits Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering exceptional service:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their unique needs.
- Conduct needs analyses and customized employee benefits solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals to decision-makers, effectively closing sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
- Provide ongoing service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
What You Bring

- Tough and Driven: We are looking for someone who is determined and driven to build a successful book of business and proactively seeks new and creative ways to expand their network and client base.
- Experience: 2 years in account management or production within the employee benefits industry.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of health, dental, vision, and ancillary insurance products.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven Track Record: A history of outside sales or client retention success.
- Licensing: A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture.
