What You’ll Do
- Serve as the go-to contact for new patients, answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy and respect.
- Provide timely follow-ups, making sure no patient inquiry goes unanswered.
- Maintain a flexible approach to communication—primarily via phone during U.S. daytime hours.
- Work with team members to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to full enrollment.
