Key Accountabilities/ Core Job Responsibilities
- Onboard and source new raw materials and consumables for use in manufacturing
- Communicate with external suppliers to place and manage orders, communicating with vendors in a way that reflects Denali’s values
- Support the deployment of and become a lead SLC user in Denali’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Collaborate closely with Process Development and Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT) teams to understand manufacturing material needs and timelines
- Partner closely with Quality and maintain a quality-focused mindset to ensure GMP requirements are met for inventory management and logistics
- Support planning and procurement required for tech transfer of new molecules into the facility
- Balance risk, cost, time, and resources in developing and performing operations
- Characterize learnings and communicate results within the context of the bigger picture
- Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies & Standard Operating Procedures, global regulatory guidelines, environmental guidelines, as appropriate, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in a regulated industry OR associate degree with 5 total years of relevant experience
- Biopharma industry experience preferred
- Experience in procurement, and/or supply planning
- Skills in understanding and mastering processes that enable successful business operations
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to contribute to a team where employees have a shared purpose and vision; foster a “One Denali” environment
- Ability to collaborate and build trustful and effective relationships
- Proficient oral presentation and written communication skills
- Experience with Enterprise resource Planning (ERP) systems preferred
