Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, including a strong background in organizational design, talent management, leadership coaching, and executive partnership.
- Proven track record of influencing business leaders and guiding organizational change at the senior leadership level.
- Experience in designing and implementing organizational structures that align with business strategies.
- Extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and driving cultural transformation.
- Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple high-priority initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Your Work:
- Executive Partnership & Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing executive coaching and guidance on leadership effectiveness, organizational dynamics, and team development. Facilitate leadership alignment, ensuring that senior leaders are equipped to drive results while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Organizational Design & Development: Lead organizational design initiatives to ensure the structure supports business goals. Collaborate with leadership to assess current organizational design, recommend improvements, and implement strategic changes to enhance operational efficiency and align talent to business needs.
- Culture and Employee Experience: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and engagement. Lead HR strategies that enhance the employee experience across all levels of the organization, ensuring that the workforce is engaged, motivated, and aligned with business objectives.
- Strategic HR Initiatives: Lead and collaborate on critical HR initiatives related to talent management, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. Develop and implement strategies to address gaps in leadership, talent, and skills, ensuring the organization is prepared to meet current and future business challenges.
- Business Alignment: Partner with business leaders to understand their strategies, challenges, and talent needs. Align HR programs and practices with business objectives to drive organizational performance and support the achievement of business goals.
- Change Management & Organizational Transformation: Lead change management efforts during periods of transformation, helping the organization adapt to shifts in strategy, structure, and culture. Provide guidance on navigating complex changes while maintaining business continuity.
- Coaching for High Performance: Work closely with leaders to help them develop high-performing teams. Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, talent development, and succession planning to ensure that the organization has the right talent in place to drive long-term success.
- Talent Strategy & Recruitment: Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a competitive recruitment strategy that attracts top talent for key positions. Provide input on compensation strategies to ensure competitive offers and drive talent retention.
- Metrics-Driven Decisions: Utilize HR metrics to guide decision-making, track progress, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs. Analyze workforce trends and implement data-driven solutions to improve performance and address talent gaps.
