What are the responsibilities and job description for the INVENTORY / WAREHOUSE CLERK position at Denham Resources?
This is an opportunity for an experienced Inventory Warehouse Clerk to be part of a team working for a family-owned company in the agriculture equipment industry. This is a direct hire position with good pay plus benefits.
Description
- Receive and stock all parts in the warehouse according to part number and assigned location
- Pull parts from warehouse to complete part orders. Package and verify parts for shipment. Package to ensure parts and packages arrive with no damage.
- Pull parts to fill orders for production use according to job orders
- Verify all incoming orders into warehouse by confirming packing slip against Purchase Order (PO) make sure that the quantity and quality verify
- Issue purchase orders as required and track dates that items are to be received
- Add freight charges if on packing slip / invoice, etc.
- Fill out Part Requisition forms required for in-house job order
- Incoming slips from Vendors (QC parts, packing slips, etc., handled correctly
- Inventory and organization of supply cage, etc.
- Yard Organization
- Keep track of inventory received / shipped making notes of any discrepancies, damages, returns, etc.
- Cycle count inventory on a systematic basis
- Must be able to use a computer for ordering parts etc., Sage 100
