Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and providing administrative support to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, be proficient in various office technologies, and prioritize a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multiple executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries via phone systems and email with professionalism.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist with contact management and follow up correspondence
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room reservations, catering, and technology setup.
- Utilize tools such as DocuSign for document management and approvals.
- Support the executive team with personal assistant tasks as necessary to facilitate their effectiveness.
Experience
Pay Range : $55,000 - $65,000 per hour
