Job Description: Part-Time Groundskeeper - Make Ready Maintenance Tech
We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Groundskeeper and Apartment Get-Ready Handyman. The individual will be expected to work approximately 20-24 hours per week. This role is essential to the property management team in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our property grounds and ensuring apartments are ready for new residents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various maintenance tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and appearance of outdoor common areas; assisting in preparation of vacant apartments for new residents; performing light routine maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and/or other minor electrical or plumbing issues; and communicating effectively with other team members and residents. Some on-call work for emergencies as needed.
