What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at DENIOS US, Inc.?
Purpose and Overview
In this role you will understand DENIOS-USs vision and strategy while supporting company objectives in improving our safety, culture, performance management and process excellence. You will be the Area Owner a.k.a. Floor General over your assigned departments utilizing a servant leadership style to promote ownership among your team and instill pride that is reflected in impeccable quality while supporting your teams work cadence that allows for adherence to projected ship dates to the customer. This role is instrumental to the team in meeting labor and material budgetary objectives! You will participate in project meetings, and if the situation arises champion the meeting of cross-functional members to address obstacles, celebrate milestones while instilling systems in the process!
Requirements
- First, and foremost will ensure your employees are working safely and in the event a safety incident occurs you will lead the investigation and respond within 24 hours by completing DENIOS standard OPS safety form
Lead 5s initiatives for your area and plant that coincides with the DENIOS Production System
