What does this job require?

• Casual attire, such as jeans and nice shirts, is acceptable in our Tinley Park office as this job is not remote.
• Successfully passing the Illinois insurance producer licensing in a reasonable timeframe.
• Giving our customers positive interactions, whether through phone calls, emails, texts, or in person.
• Every conversation carefully documented for future reference.
• Becoming knowledgeable about the products available and how they can benefit our customers.
• Learning about the customer and offering multiple solutions to their specific problems or goals.
• Being able to communicate the features and benefits of appropriate products, present pricing, and successfully complete the transaction
• Efficiently handling multiple tasks, ensuring customers are responded to promptly while other responsibilities are still met.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
