This Is How You Can Make An Impact
- Being responsible for and managing projects in the sales department that contribute to boosting sales success and taking the department to the next level, e.g., implementing the Sales Operational Plan (short – middle – long-term), budget planning & implementation and different structural improvements in sales
- Creating the project plans and documents and leading the project together with the project team members to success
- Supporting the management with strategic topics, e.g. through research, creation and preparation of decision templates, etc.
- Optimal stakeholder management by communicating milestones, updates and results regularly and effectively, keeping all key stakeholders up to date
- Proactively optimizing existing processes both within the sales department and across departments and optimizing them where necessary, all aimed at increasing sales success
- Providing professional advice and support to colleagues with regards to project management as a competency
- Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, ensuring that the direction of your work is in line with the company's overall objectives
- A successfully completed Master's degree in the field of pharmacy, medicine, healthcare, biology, business administration, international management or a comparable qualification. Qualification as a pharmaceutical sales representative is an advantage
- 2-3 years of proven experiences in project management in business consultancies
- Outstanding project management skills as well as a high degree of flexibility
- Very strong affinity of sales and very strong interest in working with our customers and partners in emerging markets
- Analytical skills and the ability to independently find easy-to-apply solutions in complex situations
- The willingness to and passion for travelling regularly to the region (approx. 10-20%) to be close to our markets and incorporate information gained in projects
- The willingness to continuously develop personally and being part of a strong team
