Hybrid role - 3 Days Onsite and 2 days work from home

Job Description :

  • Financial Services background strongly preferred
  • Must have experience marketing to existing customers
  • Must have experience with Excel / Adobe
  • The Marketing Campaign Lead will be responsible for working with cross channel partners to support the development and execution of Conversions marketing programs.
  • In this role, you'll work in assisting to develop, manage and execute various marketing campaign creatives and strategies in support of the Conversions Team.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional partners including key stakeholders such as Product Management, Analytics and Marketing Transformation & Delivery and other governing and channel support teams to ensure complex marketing deliverables are accurate and compliant throughout the campaign execution lifecycle through to in-market launch.
  • You will support the development of marketing communications for multiple channels including Direct Mail, Email and Digital including for new card products.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure ongoing collaboration with cross-functional partners to develop business requirements that accurately reflects specific Upgrades and Trades campaign strategies and the development of compelling marketing creatives
  • Provide input on customer-level contact strategies and testing opportunities for new Upgrades products
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.
  • Engage in development of campaign schedules for new card products as well as business as usual auditing
  • Maintain extreme focus on details and overall nuances while managing multiple campaigns and / or project work streams simultaneously
  • Quickly adapt to change, having the ability to easily course-correct due to changes in business strategy; apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues
  • Auditing key steps of campaign processes to ensure flawless execution

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience working for financial services companies preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working on marketing campaigns with an emphasis on development of marketing communications
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, with ability to problem solve
  • Accustomed to prioritizing managing multiple projects, campaigns, or tasks simultaneously
  • Thrive when working under pressure and with the key ability to meet deadlines
  • Exhibit proactive capabilities, forward thinking to address issues before they arise
  • Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration with multiple cross functional teams

  • Bachelor's / University degree required
