Hybrid role - 2 days onsite and 3 days work from home

Job Description :

• The Client organization is dedicated to empowering our clients' growth by deeply understanding and anticipating their needs and by harnessing the full power of Client.

• Client continues to enhance its business control and governance framework by building out Client is a 1st Line of Defense, to house and consistently manage MCA & control activities performed across its Client organization.
• Client was established with the objective to provide an integrated "end-to-end" identification, measurement, management, and monitoring for the various Client businesses across the Global enterprise.
• This role will report into the In-Business Central Controls & Enhancement Lead in the Client Organization CAO and will focus on testing and enhance the control framework and becoming the subject matter expert in specific areas.
• This also includes assisting in the development of strategic solutions to address any deficiencies in the wider Client Org monitoring controls framework (e.g., RCSA / MCA, Issues Management) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and with firm Policy and Standards Global
• The Business Risk Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role.
• Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.
• Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction / job family.
• Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
• Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.
• Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results.
• Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner.
• Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex / sensitive information.
• Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities.
• Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
