Job Description :
- Sales Strategy Development : Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the broadband business segment to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Account Management : Oversee the sales process for an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring adherence to sales processes and best practices.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Cable, Internet, fiber providers, satellite companies, and technology providers in Communications Industry.
- Sales Process Responsibilities : Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with clients.
- Collaboration with Delivery Teams : Partner with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Business Reviews : Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Customer Engagement : Organize and participate in customer meetings, executive connects, and technical roadshows to showcase our solutions and capabilities.
- Industry Participation : Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our offerings.
- Travel : Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events as required.
- Growth Initiatives : Drive new growth initiatives while defending and expanding existing business within the assigned accounts.
