Salary: $50,000 and up depending on experience

GENERAL RESPONSIBILTIES
· Work with Estimator (2 person estimator team)
Establish project budget and information (baseline specifications)
· Prepare estimates through BuilderTrend
· Identify the overall scope of the project
· Establish a pre-construction timeline
· Procure construction schedule from PM
· Develop alternative product and/or suppliers
· Writes Scopes of Work and Purchase Orders
· Assist Project Manager/Sales/Billing
· Manage Communication & Information
· Brand representation (community/client)
· Product/Denman Best Practice knowledge
· Education/Product Knowledge
· Understand the Building Process
JOB DUTIES
· Assist Project Mangers/Sales/Billing with bid/estimate questions & creating change orders
· Finalize subcontracts & Scopes of Work on POs- release and obtain subcontractor approval
· Assist project managers with communication to suppliers/subcontractors
· Develop, maintain and grow relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
· Understand budget bid specifications
· Be able to review plans and notes for bid specific details
· Look for ways to improving systems and operations
· Maintain filing system of paper/electronic documents
· Participate in initial budget buyout meetings and monthly project billing review meetings
SKILLS
- Previous administrative support experience
- General construction knowledge with plan reading capability
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities and work in collaboration to complete
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
