Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks in a fast-paced environment, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the café or kitchen area.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café or kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Assist in stocking inventory and ensuring that all products are fresh and available for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
