What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing the financial pulse of our facility: Resident accounts, billing, deposits, and petty cash.
Assisting residents with medical assistance applications and financial matters, ensuring no stone is left unturned.
Keeping everything buttoned up: trust funds, insurance claims, and even the bittersweet task of assisting with account closures for departed residents.
Supervising our front desk staff, ensuring the first impression we make is a stellar one.
Acting as the go-to guru for all things billing, collections, and bookkeeping.
Working your spreadsheet magic while navigating the occasional curveball of a rapidly changing industry.
What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:
Associates Degree (bonus points if you have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field!).
At least one year of Business Office in LTC experience.
