As our Administrator In Training (AIT) , you’ll get hands-on experience learning the ins and outs of running a skilled nursing facility. You’ll be working under the guidance of an experienced Administrator, soaking up knowledge like a sponge.

What You Need to Get in the Game :
A bachelor’s degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (so you know what’s up).
Already enrolled in Maryland’s AIT program (because rules are rules).
A go-getter attitude and the ability to juggle multiple hats like a pro.
