We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in prospecting and generating new customers for all aspects of our company. This position includes both inside and outside sales.

Duties :
Identify and pursue potential customers using various methods such as : in person meetings, cold calls, networking, referrals, etc.
Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain a positive relationship and facilitate sales. Must be comfortable with in person and phone communication.
Analyze sales trends and results.
Contribute to and lead a group of sales rep to achieve maximum sales results.
Identify emerging markets and opportunities for expansion.
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the team accordingly.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years experience in a sales manager role
Minimum 2 years experience in the transportation industry
Skills :
Ability to work independently and constant self-motivation
Remain persistent despite challenges and obstacles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Hard-working and motivated, able to take initiative and meet deadlines
Sound understanding of sales prospecting tactics and strategy
Coaching and mentoring
Marketing and social media knowledge
Training and development
Compensation :
Salary $75k Commission
Hours :
Monday – Friday 8-5pm. May require outside ours to attend events or network with potential clients.
Location :
Chancellor, SD (Not a remote position)
