Role Overview: The Vice President of Parts will be responsible for leading our parts division and network across all locations, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This executive role demands a strategic visionary with a deep understanding of the automotive parts industry, inventory management, and distribution networks. The successful candidate will drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, implement cutting-edge technologies and processes, and foster strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the parts division, aligning with the company's overall objectives and market trends.
- Lead the procurement, inventory management, distribution, and sales of automotive parts, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely delivery to meet customer demands.
- Forge and maintain robust relationships with OEMs and other key stakeholders.
- Implement best practices in logistics and supply chain management to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of technology and digital tools to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, and fostering a highly motivated and skilled team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- Extensive knowledge of automotive parts procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes.
