What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal (Construction and Contracts experience) position at Dennis Group Springfield?
Dennis Group is a design build engineering firm and general contractor that designs and builds food and beverage processing facilities. The Paralegal will work closely with the General Counsel, as well as project and accounting personnel. Dennis Group utilizes multiple subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers nationwide.
The Paralegal will support multiple technical divisions within Dennis Group by helping :
- Coordinate obligations in Dennis Group’s client contracts with our subcontractor agreements,
- Develop subcontractor agreements that comply with applicable law, and
- Enhance our policies and procedures around subcontracting.
