Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paralegal specializing in Litigation for an Injury Law Firm. The Paralegal will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, communication with clients and stakeholders, research, and document review to support the firm's cases. Additionally, the Paralegal will ensure that case notes are kept up to date with all relevant updates, maintain a well-organized case calendar, and ensure all case management tasks are systematically and efficiently handled. The Paralegal will also be trained on the firm's proprietary system to effectively manage and streamline workflows.

• Paralegal certification or degree in Legal Studies or Work experience.
• Experience Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment Knowledge of injury law and litigation processes
• Legal Document Preparation: Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other documents critical to personal injury cases.
• Pleadings: Preparing and filing legal pleadings in court, such as complaints, answers, and motions.
• Legal Writing: Crafting clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents and correspondence for attorneys and courts.
• Legal Research: Researching case law, statutes, legal precedents, and other resources relevant to personal injury claims.
• Legal Assistance: Supporting attorneys with trial preparation, case strategy, and day-to-day case management tasks.
• Depositions: Assisting with deposition preparation, including managing exhibits, summarizing transcripts, and organizing key information.
• Litigation Support: Coordinating trial logistics, organizing trial binders, maintaining case calendars, and preparing exhibits.

• Case Management: Keeping case files organized, maintaining detailed case notes with updates, and ensuring deadlines are met.
