Marketing and Client Development Coordinator

What You'll Do
DJSA has worked on various projects across New England, but this role will focus on Metro Boston and Eastern Massachusetts. You'll play a key part in marketing and client development, helping us strengthen relationships, generate leads, and expand our reach in the commercial architecture space.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Work with firm leadership to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and create marketing plans for specific channels (such as social media, advertising, business development, PR, etc.)
- Digital Marketing: Maintain DJSA presence on various social media platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Graphic Design: Create and maintain marketing materials such as project sheets, brochures, advertisements, etc.
- Visit project sites to create content for social media platforms and website
- Develop and maintain the DJSA monthly newsletter with firm and project updates
- Assist with managing the firm website or coordinate website revisions and updates with the web designer
Client Development:
- Assist with various Client Development activities, including occasionally attending professional organization meetings and networking events to promote the firm's visibility and build relationships with AEC industry partners, including developers, brokers, general contractors, engineering partners, etc.
- Attend professional trade and AEC-related conventions with firm leadership to assist with client development and better understand our work, the marketplace, and clients' needs.
- Coordinates project photography for completed projects and organizes photography files received from the photographer.
- Assist with the initial contact with potential leads, customers, and partners by providing the appropriate marketing materials
Skills/ Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of marketing/business development experience within the AEC industry
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Independent, self-starter with a relaxed approach and sense of humor
- Strong writing and graphic design skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Resourcefulness in solving problems
- Ability to manage and prioritize a range of responsibilities
- Knowledge/interest in architecture, urban planning, design
- Web savvy, particularly with various social media platforms
