Job Leader

Dennis Moffitt Painting of Wakefield, RI is on the hunt for a full-time Job Leader to supervise and participate in all activities related to the accomplishment of a variety of interior and exterior painting projects.

This role is responsible for decision making in the field, the success of jobs, relationships with customers and supervision of Painters. Success can be defined as jobs being completed on schedule and the customer is happy with the work performed. This role will be responsible for all tasks involved with completing jobs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience supervising employees, schedules, and quality!
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Able to deal with customer questions, concerns and complaints and communicate those to the Crew Leader.
• Self-motivated and future-focused
• Committed to working with honesty, integrity, and quality workmanship
• Strong Decision-making skills
• Jobsite Safety knowledgeable
• Products and Materials Knowledge
• Ability to efficiently supervise all painters while documenting daily activities.

Overview of Specific Duties and Tasks:

• Arrange walk-through with customer prior to start of job
• Order materials as needed for each job
• Game plan how to finish jobs on time and conduct daily huddles
• Sell additional work orders (AWO'S)
• Monitor attendance, appearance, language and proper use of equipment of painters
• Conduct Field Training
• Attend weekly Job Leader Meeting
• Deal with Customer questions and concerns on the jobsite daily. Report concerns and/or problems to the Crew Leader
• Ensure that the company has received payment and a Quality Assurance Form at the end of every job.
