ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Plan engaging lessons in order to implement math curriculum
- Evaluate and assess students using a variety of methods
- Create a positive, inviting and safe environment
- Develop, model and practice classroom procedures
- Work collaboratively with math department chair and school administration
- Communicate high expectations to all learners
- Be able to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in math or related field required
- Valid Massachusetts Teaching License
- Massachusetts Certification 8-12 or 9-12
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
