Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or target lists
- Present and promote our products/services to potential clients, emphasizing their benefits and value
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the Agency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our ECRM system
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Persuasive and confident in presenting sales pitches
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a competitive spirit
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using ECRM software
- High school diploma/GED required; additional education or relevant certifications a plus
