As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our bakery equipment operates smoothly, allowing us to continue delivering the freshest products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, proofers, and packaging machines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying and replacing faulty parts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with bakery staff to address any equipment concerns and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Assist with facility maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Familiarity with basic electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
