- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or similar technology.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including specials and pairings, to enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining guest confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server role within a nightclub, fine dining, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is highly desirable.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of culinary terms and food handling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
