- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety standards are met and orders are prepared correctly.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring positive guest relations at all times.
- Perform basic math calculations for order processing and check handling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with culinary terms, food safety practices, and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable is a plus.
