As a Service Assistant, you play a special role in the overall operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities include:

• Bussing and cleaning guests’ tables.
• Operating and maintaining the dish room.
• Cleaning and organizing the back of house.
• Maintaining and servicing restrooms.
