Join Our Team as a Receptionist at Metro Toyota!
Are you a friendly, energetic, and organized professional who loves connecting with people? Metro Toyota is looking for a full-time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership! If you have a warm personality, excellent phone etiquette, and a knack for multitasking, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Rotating Wednesdays until 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Pay Range: $15 - $17 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet and assist all guests as they arrive at our showroom – first impressions matter!
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle general reception duties, including creating purchase orders, filing, and mailing correspondence.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance as the face of Metro Toyota.
- Work closely with our team to ensure smooth communication across all departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly and positive attitude – we want someone who enjoys making people feel welcome!
- Strong phone and communication skills – you’ll be handling lots of calls!
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
