Responsibilities
You will be responsible for various tasks related to maintaining buildings at DeNooyer Chevrolet in Colonie, New York. Your role will involve:
- Maintaining and repairing the physical structure of the buildings.
- Performing regular inspections and reporting any issues.
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors for repairs or installations.
- Keeping inventory of necessary supplies and tools.
- Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- At least one year of building maintenance, construction and plumbing is required.
- Electrical knowledge or experience is recommended but not required.
- Heavy lifting is required.
- Must have a driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and complete in a timely manner.
