A good candidate for this body shop refinish technician position should have the following certifications / abilities:
Axalta Cromax paint or equivalent
I-car Certification a plus
GM Certification a plus
Maintain paint booth and equipment
Respirator Certification and medical evaluation will be required
Paint Maker Certification will be required
Prep vehicles for refinish process
Color matching
Quality Control
