Key Responsibilities
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients.
Qualifications
- Active member of the Florida Bar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required.
