Customer-centric and supportive full-service real estate law firm based in South Florida with a focus on creditor default legal work is seeking a Foreclosure Litigation Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working contested and uncontested files including attending hearings and trials, reviewing complaints, reviewing motions for default, motions for summary judgment, discovery and final judgments.
Candidates must have a Florida Bar License in good standing and have a minimum of 5 years of mortgage foreclosure litigation experience as well as at least 4 years of experience in foreclosure trials. This position is hybrid with a minimum of two full days in the firms Boca Raton, FL office.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Florida Bar license in good standing
- Must be an experienced real estate attorney with a minimum of 5 years of mortgage foreclosure litigation experience in both contested and uncontested files and 4 years of experience in foreclosure trials
- Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
