Dynamic, boutique personal injury law firm based in South Carolina is expanding and looking for a Law Firm Administrator to join their team. The firm is dedicated to fighting for the injured and their families including those injured in automobile, tractor-trailer, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, boating and maritime accidents.
Ideal candidates for the Administrator position will be a systems-oriented professional who can manage multiple moving parts and empower a team to perform at their best. Successful candidates will need to be able to help others succeed while driving business growth as well as have office administration experience, a great attitude, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work well with a small team. This position is on-site at the firm’s Mount Pleasant, SC office.
Responsibilities include :
- Manage the day-to-day aspects of team workflow from intake through resolution
- Oversee implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide team members with the tools and accountability to reach them
- Manage firmwide data and provide reporting to executives on a weekly and monthly basis
- Provide implementation of policies, procedures, playbooks, and human resources support
