Position Overview:
DeNOVO Solutions is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer / On-Site Engineer (OSE) to join our mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Hardware Engineer / On-Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining hardware systems that drive mission success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve parts or components from site security and ensure secure handling.
- Install parts or components, perform part retention/sanitization processes, and resolve tickets with the DPCC.
- Gather tag information from replaced parts/systems and provide this information to the customer via secure communication channels.
- Manage site replacement part handling requirements, including installation coordination and part disposal, in collaboration with site contacts.
- Ensure all hardware is operational or that all known avenues of repair have been exhausted.
- Perform Tier 4 Break/Fix work, resolving complex hardware issues to maintain mission continuity.
Required Qualifications and Certifications:
- Experience: 10 years of Hardware Engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading teams is required.
- Certifications:
- Current Security and/or CISSP certification (required).
- Ability to maintain compliance with customer-required training for Privileged User (PU) access.
- Skills: Proficiency in Tier 4 Break/Fix work and advanced troubleshooting.
