DeNOVO Solutions, LLC is looking for an experienced Mission Engineer 3 to lead mission-critical engineering efforts for the development and optimization of space-based SIGINT resources. In this position, you will work directly with end users, stakeholders, and a team of developers to ensure mission success. You’ll be responsible for defining, implementing, and testing solutions, as well as ensuring that mission requirements are satisfied by the services delivered. A Day in the Life:

• Engage & Collaborate: Engage with users and stakeholders across the enterprise to understand mission requirements and relay them to the development team.
• Support Demonstrations: Support capability demonstrations with customers and stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet mission needs.
• Convert & Design: Convert user needs into user stories and collaborate with the development team on designs and implementations.
• Provide Data: Locate and provide mission-specific data to support development efforts, ensuring the effective flow of information between teams.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10 years of experience in mission engineering, system engineering, or software development (4 years may be substituted by a Bachelor’s Degree in an adjacent field, 6 years for a Master’s).
• Experience with national overhead platforms.
• Expertise in TCPED processes across various intelligence domains.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Proven ability to convert customer needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting the entire development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

• Agile knowledge and practice, with experience using SAFe or Scrum Alliance methodologies and Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Experience with UI and data presentation/visualization techniques.

Salary Range:
