Position Overview:
DeNOVO Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Signals Intelligence Analyst to provide advanced bit-level analysis and system performance evaluation in support of mission-critical operations. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to uncover structure and functionality within Signals of Interest (SOIs) and conduct detailed performance comparisons between legacy and modern systems, providing actionable insights to improve mission effectiveness.
DeNOVO Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Signals Intelligence Analyst to provide advanced bit-level analysis and system performance evaluation in support of mission-critical operations. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to uncover structure and functionality within Signals of Interest (SOIs) and conduct detailed performance comparisons between legacy and modern systems, providing actionable insights to improve mission effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth bit-level analysis to uncover the structure and functionality of Signals of Interest (SOIs).
- Evaluate system performance by comparing new systems to legacy systems, analyzing metrics such as SOI discovery rates, accuracy, and locational data.
- Identify, validate, and troubleshoot signal datasets to ensure high-quality characterization and reporting to end users.
- Draft and submit system optimization requests, recommending tuning adjustments to improve identification and characterization capabilities.
- Monitor, validate, and document system performance improvements, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve errors in signal dataset characterizations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis, including bit-level analysis.
- Proficiency in Linux-based operating systems and a variety of SIGINT collection tools and databases.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex signal datasets for characterization and validation.
- Strong understanding of SIGINT system performance evaluation and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience in SIGINT operations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Completion of advanced SIGINT analysis courses (e.g., 450 Basic Signals Analysis, 451 Intermediate Signals Analysis).
- Experience working with Overhead systems and geolocation of SOIs in a global domain.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and innovative analysis methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
